Violation Reporting System pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 24/2023
Throughout its history, Ausonia S.r.l. has always been committed to conducting its activities in compliance with all applicable regulations and with the highest ethical standards, and required the same commitment from all its employees and those acting on behalf of the Company.

In line with the above pledge and in compliance with the provisions of the new Whistleblowing Discipline (Legislative Decree 24/2023 of March 10, 2023) and the ANAC Guidelines published with Resolution No. 311 of July 12, 2023, Ausonia has approved the “Procedure for the Reporting System – Whistleblowing.” This procedure aims to lay out the company’s internal system for reporting unlawful conduct.

This system is addressed to all Ausonia employees and stakeholders as defined in the Procedure. It seeks to promote corporate principles of transparency and legality by providing secure and confidential channels for reporting potential violations of national or European Union laws that harm the public interest or the integrity of Ausonia, which they may become aware of in the workplace.

All authorized individuals can submit reports through one of the following internal channels established by Ausonia:

  • Online Platform
    Accessible via the following link, where it is possible to submit and manage reports of violations pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 24/2023:
  • Direct Meeting
    By sending a specific request through the aforementioned online platform. This meeting will be scheduled by the Reporting Officer within a reasonable timeframe.

To prevent that the fear of adverse consequences could discourage reports of violations, Ausonia guarantees the confidentiality of the whistleblower and other involved parties, within the limits set by law, and protects them from any retaliation related to the report.

Lastly, please note that Ausonia reserves the right to adopt appropriate disciplinary measures against individuals who, with intent or gross negligence, make reports that prove to be unfounded or for which the whistleblower may be held liable for the crimes of slander or defamation under the provisions of the Penal Code or Article 2043 of the Civil Code.
