(hereinafter also just “Ausonia”) as Data Controller of Personal Data, in full compliance with the European Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”), the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments), the provisions of the Privacy Guarantor and the relevant legislation, makes available in this section of the site, the privacy information which the interested party can consult in advance to find out how to processing of Personal Data connected to navigation, the forwarding of applications or requests for collaboration.

Pursuant to the aforementioned regulations, such processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting the confidentiality and rights of the interested party.
