LV/MV Gensets

POWERING CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE WITH PRECISION AND RELIABILITY

At Ausonia, we engineer and manufacture high-performance Low and Medium Voltage (LV/MV) Gensets designed to meet the most demanding power requirements of critical industries, including Data Center, Telecoms, Public Utilities, Military & Defence, Transport & Travel, Oil & Gas, Healthcare.

Our solutions deliver reliable, efficient and integrated electric and thermal power, even under the most complex and mission-critical conditions. Often customized for high-demand environments, each system is powered by advanced diesel engines from leading global manufacturers, ensuring maximum performance, durability and cost-efficiency.

From initial concept and custom engineering to installation and long-term maintenance, Ausonia delivers end-to-end lifecycle support. We don’t just build power systems: we build lasting partnerships, ensuring our clients’ success with every project.

To meet diverse installation and operational needs, our gensets are available in multiple configurations, including:

CONFORMITY

Ausonia generators are designed and built in accordance with the international reference standards and the regulations in force in the national territory.
Products certification according to other local / international standards is available for specific projects.

COP (Continuous Operating Power)

Continuous power to fixed loads for an unlimited number of hours annually. Suitable for applications where the generator runs at a constant load without interruption. No overload is allowed.

Load Type: Fixed

Duration: Unlimited

Overload Capability: None

Usage Application: Continuous Load

PRP (Prime Power)

Prime power available to variable loads for an unlimited number of hours annually. The average power output over 24 h of operation shall not exceed 70% of the Prime Power. A 10% overload is available for 1 hour within a 12-hour period of operation.

Load Type: Variable

Duration: Unlimited

Overload Capability: 10% (1hr)

Usage Application: Prime Power

LTP (Limited-Time Running Power)

Power available for a limited period of time, typically up to 500 hours per year. Suitable for applications with predictable, short-term usage under fixed loads. No overload is allowed.

Load Type: Fixed

Duration: 500 hours

Overload Capability: None

Usage Application: Limited Time

ESP (Emergency Standby Power)

Standby power for use under emergency conditions for a variable load, typically up to 200 hours per year. Suitable for backup power applications where the generator runs during a power outage. No overload is allowed.

Load Type: Variable

Duration: 200 hour

Overload Capability: None

Usage Application: Emergency Standby

DCP (Data Center Power)

Continuous power for Data Centers with both fixed and variable loads. Suitable for applications with stable Commercial Power and requiring reliable and stable back power delivery without overload capability.

Load Type: Fixed/Variable

Duration: Unlimited
