Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01
Ausonia is pleased to announce that we have adopted the Organization, Management, and Control Model provided for by Legislative Decree 231/2001, reaffirming our commitment to the highest standards of corporate ethics and transparency. The 231/01 Model is a fundamental tool for preventing crimes and promoting a corporate culture based on legality and compliance with regulations. Through its implementation, we aim to ensure that all our activities are conducted in accordance with principles of responsibility and integrity.
Main Objectives of the 231/01 Model:
• Prevent the commission of crimes prescribed by the legislative decree 231/01.
• Promote transparency in decision-making and operational processes.
• Raise awareness among employees and collaborators on corporate ethics and compliance.
Code of Ethics
Along with the 231 Model, we have adopted a Code of Ethics that defines the fundamental principles and values guiding our company’s actions while working together with our customers, suppliers, employees, and other stakeholders.
Supervisory Body (OdV)
Finally, we have established an independent Supervisory Body tasked with monitoring the effective implementation of the 231/01 Model and reporting any non-compliance.
