No matter what industry, every facility can reduce its OPEX by implementing an Ausonia CHP / CCHP system powered by natural gas.

Ausonia CHP systems can simultaneously provide electricity for powering electrical loads and heat energy for the thermal requirements of the facility.

Ausonia gas generators produce electricity, while the jacket water and/or exhaust cooling circuits are fed by heat exchangers in order to transfer the waste heat from the engine to the customer’s hot water (or steam) circuit. The hot water or steam can then be effectively used for the facility’s processes, heating, ventilation and/or air conditioning (HVAC) requirements, with the possibility to achieve also the facility cooling when implementing also an absorption chiller in a tri-generation system (CCHP – Combined Cooling, Heat and Power).

The main benefits provided by Ausonia CHP/CCHP systems are the reduced energy costs and the reduced emissions if compared with traditional systems having separated circuits for electricity generation, heating and cooling, as well as the increase of the Facility Total Energy Efficiency up to 80 percent.
